Port Talbot Town continued their pre-season preperations this past Tuesday with a 4-1 win over South Wales Alliance side Porthcawl Town.
Keane Watts opened the scoring with a half-volley smashed home from close range in what was the only goal of the first half.
Rhys Owen headed home from a corner in the second half with Patrick Finneral picking up the third for PTT only minutes later.
Porthcawl pulled a goal back later on in to the half which was more than deserved given the number of times the keeper had been called in to action through the 90 minutes.
Watts grabbed himself another goal before the game was done. Tom Barber’s threaded through ball put Watts in on goal who made no mistakes making it 4-1 to the Steelmen.
Port Talbot Town next travel to Trefelin BGC on Friday the 3rd of August in the penultimate pre-season friendly for this season.
