MATCH RECAP: PORT TALBOT TOWN LADIES 7-0 RHYL LADIES: Seven Of The Best For Williams’ Ladies

Port Talbot Town Ladies were back in Welsh Premier Women’s League action this past Sunday as they took on their counterparts from Rhyl at Victoria Road.

Port Talbot Town went in the half with a 2-0 lead following goals from Laura May Walkley and Jess Denscombe before the floodgates opened up in the second half of the match.

The win bumps Hayley Williams’ ladies to second position in the Welsh Premier Women’s League with Cardiff Metropolitan University looking like the run away leaders considering the 10 point difference in the league standings.

The ladies are in league action next Sunday (24th Feb – 2:00 KO) and take on Cyncoed Ladies at Victoria Road. As always entry for this one is free!
