Port Talbot Town are renowned throughout the Welsh footballing pyramid for their passionate and loyal fanbase. Nicknamed the ‘Burns Road Blues’ and the ‘1901 Ultras’, the vocal following of Blues fans have been following the club for over 15 years – following the Blues across Wales as and Europe.

Over 500 Port Talbot fans were reported to be in attendance for the club’s Welsh Cup Final 2010 fixture against Bangor City at Park y Scarlets. A strong following also made it across to Finland for the Blues’ Europa League qualifying clash against FC Turku the same year.

There are Port Talbot factions spread further than South Wales, with Blues fans residing across England, Ireland, Netherlands and Belgium – with the Blues fans sharing a friendship with the fans of Belgian second-tier side Union Saint-Gilloise, with both sets of fans regularly making trips across the water to watch each other’s games.

The Port Talbot Town Supporters Club* regularly hold events and trips, as well as running their monthly ‘Supporters Man of the Match’ feature and regular runs of Supporters Club merchandise.
